Here's Mike's list, in no specific order; the only reason they don't all have neat little banners is that they aren't available or he couldn't find them. Because Mike is paranoid, he refuses to use any banner without express written permission, usually acquired on the banner page of the linked site. He's weird like that. Also, none of the art in those banners belongs to Mike or Chris; it is the property of the respective artists.
